Corporate Development Analyst

Overview
As a Corporate Development Analyst, you'll work directly with M&A associates supporting deal review processes:
- •Analyze financial statements and operational metrics
- •Assist in outreach, diligence, valuation modeling, and deal execution
- •Support integration efforts for new portfolio companies
Responsibilities
- •Build financial models including revenue projections, EBITDA analysis, cash flow, and enrollment forecasting
- •Conduct sector research
- •Prepare investment memos and diligence summaries for leadership review
- •Communicate with business owners, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- •Track deal pipeline and maintain CRM accuracy
Qualifications
- •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- •Understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts
- •Bonus: exposure to M&A, private equity, and/or salient industry operations
- •Excellent writing and communication abilities
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity

Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000
